Not at the moment. We only ship to residential addresses to keep deliveries smooth and secure.
If you're ordering from outside the EU, your local customs might charge extra fees, that’s all handled by your country’s Revenue & Customs.
These costs aren’t from us, and they’re not included in your order total, you’ll need to cover them if they apply.

We’ll ship your order in 1–5 business days.
Once it’s out, you’ll get a tracking email straight from the carrier.
It might, depending on where you live and how your local courier works. If they think it’s safe, they’ll leave it at your door, even if no one’s there to sign for it.
We always recommend being around on delivery day. You’ll get a tracking link with the estimated date, so you know when to expect your package.
If it says “delivered” but you don’t see it, first, check with the courier. They usually have the most up-to-date info.
Still no luck? No worries, send us a message through our contact form with the details, and we’ll take it from there.
If no one’s there to collect your package or it goes unclaimed, it’ll be sent back to us, and that comes with a return fee to cover shipping and handling:
Sweden: 300 SEK
Denmark: 300 DKK
Rest of Europe: 40 EUR
UK: 30 GBP
Rest of the world: 50 USD

We usually ship your order within 1–5 business days after it’s placed.
During busy times like sales or campaigns, things can take a little longer, so a slight delay might happen. We appreciate your patience while we get your gear ready to go.
Once your order’s shipped and you’ve got your tracking number, delivery usually takes 2–6 business days.

Start by checking with the courier using your tracking number, they’re usually quickest to help.
If they say we need to jump in, hit us up with the details and we’ll take it from there, We’ll handle the rest.
Based on common regional practices and to ensure certain levels of expediency in delivery, our shipping partners may leave the shipment at the delivery address even if no one is there to receive it and sign for it. The courier will only do this if they deem it safe to leave the parcel at the delivery address. Therefore, as a customer, it is your responsibility to be available at the delivery address at the time of the delivery. Once you receive the tracking information, you will be able to see the estimated delivery date for your delivery.
If you are unable to locate a delivered shipment at your address, we will, of course, do our best to help you. Before we can assist you, we kindly ask you to contact the courier as soon as possible so they may provide more extensive information about the delivery, as this in some cases may help you locate the parcel.
If you are unable to receive help from the shipping company, we then ask you to contact us through our contact form. Please make sure to include information about your communication with the shipping company as it will be necessary for us to properly help you.
Returns & Claims
You’ve got 30 days to send it back, no stress.
As long as the item’s in original condition, you’re good to go!
Yes, returns from the EU are accepted. Since we're in the middle of updating our return system, the process is slightly different right now. Just reach out to our Customer Service team, they’ll take a quick look at your case and help you get started.

If something flies off the shelves before we can lock it in, we’ll hit you up right away and send a refund back your way.
